CNC MILLING

CNC Milling, or computer numerical control milling, is a process of boring into slabs of material to create fixtures, components, etc. The milling process with CNC is the intertwining of the digital world with the physical world of metal fabrication or metal working. It is simply the addition of computer systems to traditional machine shop miling in order to provide a more precise and more repeatable process.

PRECISION

With the assistance of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, precise, three dimensional models of the part are modeled and submitted to the computer of the machine. This allows the machine to be able to machine complex and intricate parts exact to most specifications.

MATERIALS

The CNC Milling process allows us to machine your part from just about any type of material. Some material examples are bronze, steel, aluminum, silver, ABS, polycarbonate, and much more. We can get your part from the material you need.

REPITITION

Being a digital process allows the process to be easily repeatable. Once the development of the part has been completed in the computer creating precise copies of the part is easily accomplished. This saves time and money from traditional machining.
